Topic: DX80 programming software?

Does anybody have it?  We have a site with a dead DX-80 in PA that Don Baker is working on.  He needs to initialize it and re-load the database.  I looked on Vertical's FTP site and there are several items there in the DX-80 folder, but I'm not sure which one is correct.  If you have it, will you please forward it to Don?  Many  thanks!

I'm sure I have it and will check in the shop tomorrow.  I should have a couple of new CD's and books which are about to go in the trash.  Don can have all of it.  There are a couple of different versions and well as a different program for the DX80 voicemail.

I have a couple of the original install disks which all the programms and documentation.   If you PM me the address I can send you an original CD.

This has the programming software for the DX80 as well as the voicemail.   This is ver. 1.6 for A33.  I should have the earlier version as well.

I downloaded the F44 version off of the Vertical FTP site.

Chips on the main board say U16 A33 and U14 A33

The system is acting Wonky.  I was told to back it up, default it and restore it.   There is a 3.5' Floppy there that says backup, but i have to dig up a floppy drive to use it.

Usually when they start acting up like this it is either a surge induced database corruption or more likely the mother board is fixing to give up the ghost. Hopefully a database reprogram will fix the issue but the DX80 line is getting to be a fairly dated Tecom product.
