Caller Id not only working on 3 out of the nine phones (Iwatsu IX-12KTD-2 Phone

I inherited this old phone system that seems to work great except for the caller Id is only working on 3 phones out of the 9.  How could I check the configuration on the ones working.  I found the logical port  to program and I figured out how to access the database programming and change the name, time and date.  Do I check the config from each station regarding the caller id or no?  What class I need to access to check the caller id  being enabled on each work station not working?  Any help would be appreciated.
