SV9100 with InMail
« on: June 20, 2017, 07:59:28 AM »
Client has a 9100 with InMail.  They will randomly get old messages sent as new and emailed (VM to email is on) no pattern to it or anything it will just randomly happen.

Anyone ever seen this?

Thank you in advance,
Gary

Unfortunately, I've seen this a few times with the IntraMail/InMail.  It usually means that some sort of corruption has set in.  Sometimes a true power cycle will take care of it.
