NEC just released a Beta fix for the DSX Temp. Display
« on: March 10, 2017, 10:51:14 AM »
Just an FYI...If your customers are calling about their temperature display on their DSX phones, it won't work itself out. NEC just released a beta software fix on their site.  Even if the phones are currently showing the temperature, it will disappear with the next restart without this patch.

Can you help with this beta fix?  Can't find it on the site.

Many thanks!

From the NEC site, if you are installing from compact flash, the components are included in 3.45.08.

Quote
Service Pack 1

(3.45.08) When installing software version 3.45.08 from the System Administrator System Update, and you want the Temperature Display, you must install Service Pack 1 after installing system software. This is a one-time OS component upgrade that is required for DSX Software versions 3.45.08 and up when you want the Temperature Display. Once you install Service Pack 1, it will no longer appear in the System Administrator Software Update.
You do not have to install Service Pack 1 if upgrading from the CompactFlash - the OS components are included. The Temperature Display feature will work without any additional software installation.

I found the information here:  http://www.necdsx.com/dsxforum/index.php
