So they have a Very Old, New System

I'm guessing by the time they get the bill for this they could have been on there way to a real New system.

Funny ending

The owner  called me yesterday and said Cabelvision came out
and rebooted modem and problem has been gone for 3 weeks
Hes happy he now  has a spare system
Funny thing is it was the first thing i reccommened and he said no
We both had a good laugh and he invited me to lunch.
