New circuit installed between two sites has been bouncing in and out for about a week. Nothing fancy, just a plain old T1 pipe to a facility about a half-mile down the road. The trouble was initially reported on Wednesday.
Since when does a point to point circuit have a WAN IP address, and more importantly, why should the provider be asking the customer for this information?
Here's Verizon's latest response to the customer regarding the trouble report:
