wireless headset on 18D
« on: June 11, 2015, 10:24:03 AM »
Is there a wireless headset that works well with the 18D sets on an ACS6?
I would think it would require a lifter at the set and probably be treated as an SLT
having to use the flash and codes for hold and call pick up.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Wayne, I  usually use something like the plantronics CT14 cordless headset phone  plugged into the AUX port on the phone , no need for a lifter or flash codes , phone rings , headset rings .

Thanks Skip, I'll look into that.
He's a lawyer,  :022: currently using a conference phone in parallel with the 18D.
Maybe his pacing has advanced beyond his office. LOL
He is already use to using the parallel mode.
