is pulse dialing still supported by LSC /clec ?
« on: June 16, 2014, 10:09:44 AM »
I had a customer recently unable to dial out on one line after switching from verizon to Comcast. Turns out that line was set to pulse and apperantly Comcast doesn't support pulse.
I'm wondering if lecs and clecs still support it (obviously verizon does becose the line worked before the cut to comcast )

I haven't had any issues with it here, including Comcast.

Interesting ,Ed. I tried it with my buttset on pulse and I couldn't break dial tone switch to DTMF and all is well. I guess it could be that line isn't configured correctly from Comcast.
