CID on no-ring exts

On the Avaya Partner ACS any ext that was set to no-ring could still press the blinking line key once and receive the CID of that line without answering the call.
Is this possible on a 50L?

To the best of my knowledge CID is not delivered to a non-ringing extension and there isn't a feature code to program on a non-ringing extension to go fetch CID.
