I have a large customer that has had Comdial for years and liked the feature set. My new IP offering has a limitation that this customer hates.

On the Comdial system I could assign park orbits such as Park 1, Park 2, Park 3, etc. to buttons on the digital sets and give visual flashing indication of calls on Park. They could have say 4 Park keys on every set and when told to pick up Park 2 on any set it would be flashing. My newest IP sets don't do this and in a busy doctors office it's driving the office staff crazy.

Can any Cisco platform do this? Sales weasels says yes to the customer but I'd rather trust an installer/programmer.

We install the Cisco UC5XX series and we are able to program Park keys that lamp and flash for that system.  I don't know if it would be large enough for your needs, though.
