My lights scrole accross the MSG, DND, MUTE, SPKR Buttons

I like to calls this the Knight Rider Affect.  (From the TV show)

You need to enter the DN (Extension) of the phone.  To do this just hit # dial your EXT number then hit # again.

Actually you should only have to enter the DN and press #. If you hit #, DN, # the first # isn't doing anything it's the # after the DN that enters it.

There's a reason for everything!!  #  will cancel anything that might have been pressed before.  I've found that customers will punch buttons to get the phone to work.  If you hit # (this will cancel anything dial before hand) then the DN (EXT Number) then #.

This way they cancel anything that might have been dial before the phone was DN.  If the customer didn't hit any buttons,  it still will work.
