There are three types of call forwarding:

1.   Call forward no answer (CFNA).  Your phone rings, then will forward after a certain amount of time.

To set your phone to CFNA dial Feature, 36, 2, and where your want to forward too. (such as and EXT or Voice Mail)

2.    Call forward busy (CFBY).  Your phone will forward only when your phone is busy.

To set your phone to CFBY dial Feature, 32, 2, and where your want to forward too. (such as and EXT or Voice Mail)

3.   Call forward (CF-ALL).    Your phone will forward all the time.

To set your phone to CF-ALL dial Feature, 35, 2, and where your want to forward too. (such as and EXT or Voice Mail)

To Cancel forwarding dial #, Feature (the feature code) 2 then SPKR.

These are the default codes and all codes in the Telrad system could have been change.  If you are having problems, please start a post in the Telrad section of this MSG board since call forwarding is different in early versions or default codes might have been changed.
