How to Record Mailbox Greetings on the Telrad Phone System.

1.   Dial  your VM access Code (Common codes are 500,600 or 86)
2.   Press ## from your EXT or Press # and your mailbox number from any other EXT
3.   Enter you mailbox password
4.   Press 3 for Record Personal Greetings

Now choose for one of the following:

Press 1 for your No-Answer Greeting
   (This Msg is to tell callers that your are not available)

      Press 2 for your Busy Greeting
   (This Msg will come on when you are on the phone though the auto-attendant)

      Press 3 for your name Greeting
   (Just state your name for this Msg)

Once you have chosen one of the above press 6 to record, and then state your MSG then press # 2 to save your MSG.
