You can not call in remotely and initialize your mail box.
You have to do that from site.
I believe that also goes for having your password reset.
I think you cannot get in remotely for that either.
Once you have a clear mailbox then you can get in and change your passwor though.

Jim is correct.

For Flash, if the password is default you must be on site.

Call Pilot can have remote initialize.

Thanks Marv for catching the Call Pilot option.

But it must be configured for external Initialization in System Properties.
Personally - I would not check that box for security reasons.

Nor Do I unless it's necessary. And it can be unchecked after the owner has initialized.

IF you have remote access via a RAD ( for Norstar )  you can do all programming as if on site except for recordings.
If  you have a Call Pilot connected to the network, and have remote access to that network then you can do VM Admin, including recordings.
